Your account details (name, email, password hash), the business profile you give us during onboarding (territory, quarry, voice captures), the signals you save and the replies you draft, billing details handled by Stripe, and product usage events we use to improve SearchBuzz.
To run your scans, classify signals, draft replies in your voice, track your progress, bill your subscription, and send the notifications you've enabled. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
Supabase (database & authentication), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments — we never see your card number), Anthropic (signal classification and reply drafting), and Serper (search). Each processes data only as needed to provide their service to us.
We use cookies to keep you signed in and, if you arrive through a referral link, a cookie that remembers the referral code for up to 60 days so the right person gets credited. No third-party advertising cookies.
You can delete your account any time from Settings → Account. Deletion is permanent: your profile, signals, vault, and voice data are removed. When an account is deleted, we retain a one-way cryptographic hash of the email address for up to 12 months, used solely to prevent free-trial and referral abuse; it cannot be reversed to identify you and is deleted automatically after that period. You may optionally have your anonymized usage events deleted as well during account deletion.
You can export your saved signals and personal data from the app, correct your details in Settings, or contact us to exercise any data right at hey@searchbuzz.pro.
