By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. SearchBuzz is a tool that scans public conversations, scores them for buying intent, and helps you draft replies. You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account information.
New accounts start with a free trial; when it ends you choose a paid plan to keep access. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Plan or the billing portal — access continues until the end of the current billing period, and we don't prorate partial months. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal.
Every scan spends real compute, so all plans carry a daily fair-use allowance on scan runs (currently 15/day on Scout and 40/day on Queen — far above typical use; most members run 2–5 scans a day). Signal allowances shown on your plan are separate and unchanged by this. If you hit a fair-use ceiling, scanning simply resumes the next day; nothing is lost and nothing extra is charged. We may tune these allowances over time to keep the hive healthy for everyone, and the in-app notice always reflects the current values.
Referral rewards and promotional credits are granted at our discretion, have no cash value, and may be adjusted or revoked if we detect abuse — including self-referral, fake accounts, or repeated delete-and-recreate to re-trigger trials or bonuses.
You're responsible for what you post using replies drafted here. Don't use SearchBuzz to spam, harass, impersonate others, scrape at abusive volumes, break the terms of the platforms you engage on, or violate any law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do. Drafted replies are suggestions — review them before posting; you decide what goes out under your name.
You keep ownership of your business profile, saved signals, and drafts. You grant us the limited right to process them to provide the service. Signals originate from third-party platforms and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or expire; we provide them “as is” and don't guarantee any particular result, reply performance, or business outcome.
To the extent permitted by law, SearchBuzz is provided without warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before it arose. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or missed opportunities.
We may update these terms; material changes will be noted by the “last updated” date and, where significant, in-app. Continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions? hey@searchbuzz.pro.
